Symposia and Workshops, President's Weekend, 2018
NOGLSTP at 2018 AAAS
Join NOGLSTP as a force for science and diversity & inclusion at the 2018 American Association for Advancement of Science annual meeting in Austin, February 16-19. AAAS invited NOGLSTP to join them in highlighting diversity & inclusion during their annual meeting, as a way to reach out to all marginalized STEM communities during this unprecedented era of science deniers and political scapegoating. NOLGSTP will have its annual business meeting, a recognition awards reception for our LGBT Scientist, Educator, and Engineer of the Year, a symposium, several workshops, AND an information table at the meeting expo.
